The web architecture help exchange interactable documents between a client and a server.
The server is a system that generates and stores the document. While the client is a browser that displays that document.
Behind the servers are stubborn humans called developers. They control document generations. Meanwhile, behind the clients are simple humans called users. They get limited to available documents.
For the independent web we seek, document generation needs to move from the server to the client. So, any human has the ability to create unlimited documents in their own language.
